Our Goals
The goals of the international union:
1- To program and implement courses to teach the Arabic cuisine.
2- To prepare best chefs of the newest international ways of cooking to be able to join the international events
3- To Develop the knowledge of Arab chefs in different cuisine
4- To Develop and update traditional plates
5- To get discounts for the members who would want to join some academies who are partners with the union.
6- To mix arab plates in a creative way.
7- To create competetive context between members by implementing local competitions.
8- To assist professional chefs to create courses for the junior chefs.
9- To colaborate with local and international organization to develop cooking methods.
10- To colaborate with international organization to assist in individual food provision.
11- To offer knowledge in nutrition and food sectors to sereve the community
12- To offer consultancies in food industry sector.
